Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, Budget Analysis, and Reporting for IT Services:
    • Conduct financial planning and in-depth budget analysis for a suite of IT services, including IP-VPN, DAPN, MRS, and smartphones.
    • Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring that expenditures align with strategic objectives and delivering detailed reports to management for improved fiscal oversight.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation through continuous monitoring and analysis.
  • PR & SES Creations through SAP Production:
    • Utilize the SAP Production module to create and manage PR (Public Relations or Process Requests, depending on organizational nomenclature) and SES (Service Enablement System) documentation.
    • Standardize reports and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across IT services, enhancing transparency and operational efficiency.
  • Website Domain Registration and WordPress Design:
    • Manage the registration and renewal of domain names to secure the organization’s online presence.
    • Design and maintain websites using WordPress, ensuring that the digital interface reflects corporate branding while remaining user-friendly and up-to-date.
  • Manage and Maintain Learning Management and Attendance Systems:
    • Oversee the operation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to facilitate efficient training, learning, and development initiatives within the organization.
    • Monitor and maintain Attendance Systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee participation and compliance with organizational policies.
